MEET LAMAR
Lamar was born in Jersey City , New Jersey . In 2011 , he embarked on a new beginning in Houston , Texas. The 4-year veteran of the United States Navy wasn't new to the fitness world. Lamar was known for his athleticism in football , baseball , and track & field at the collegiate level. In his adult years he developed a passion for bodybuilding. In 2018, he gained IFBB (International Federation of Bodybuilding) pro card.

Lamar's purpose in this world is to help others gain their lives back by being healthy in all walks of life. After a near death experience with complications with his heart at the age of 23, Lamar decided at that moment to live his best life. He worked hard in getting his life back with eating the proper nutrition and training. Then , he soon decided to get certified as a personal trainer and Master degree in nutrition to share the knowledge of health & fitness. His only objective is to inspire, motivate, and get the lives of those who come through his program healthy.
